Esporta Fitness is owned and operated by LA Fitness, so the cancellation process is essentially the same. You must cancel in person at your home club or by certified mail. No online, phone, or email cancellations are accepted.
How to Cancel
Option 1: Cancel In Person
- Visit the front desk at your home club.
- Request a cancellation form and fill it out.
- Get a copy of the signed form before leaving.
Option 2: Cancel by Certified Mail
- Address your letter to:
- Include your full name, membership ID, address, phone number, and a clear cancellation request.
- Send via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested.
Important Details
- Same as LA Fitness: Esporta is an LA Fitness brand, so all LA Fitness cancellation policies apply.
- Billing cycle: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No prorated refunds: You won't receive a refund for partial months.
- Personal training: Personal training contracts must be cancelled separately.
- Processing time: Allow 5-7 business days for certified mail to be processed.
