How to Cancel

Cancel Online

  • Log in to your Peloton account at onepeloton.com.
  • Go to your account settings (click your profile icon).
  • Select Subscriptions or Membership.
  • Click Cancel Membership and follow the prompts.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email.

Cancel via the App

  • Open the Peloton app.
  • Go to More > Account > Subscriptions.
  • Select Cancel and confirm.
  • Note: If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through that platform instead.

  • All-Access Membership: Required for hardware owners (Bike, Tread, etc.) to access live and on-demand classes. Cancellation means you lose access but keep your hardware.
  • App Membership: The app-only subscription is separate and can be cancelled independently.
  • Billing cycle: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Hardware financing: Cancelling your membership does not cancel your hardware payment plan. Those are separate.
