How to Cancel
Option 1: Cancel In Person
- Visit your home club (the location you signed up at).
- Ask the front desk to process a cancellation.
- You will be asked to fill out a cancellation form.
- Request a written confirmation or receipt. Do not leave without one.
- If staff try to talk you out of it, stay firm. They are required to process your request.
Option 2: Cancel by Certified Mail
- Write a cancellation letter that includes your full name, membership number, address, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.
- Send it via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt to your home club's address.
- Keep the tracking number and green card as proof.

- Annual fee: If your cancellation falls near the annual fee date (usually June 1 or November 1), you may still be charged the annual fee.
